Still in doubt: Electric Shaver

I ordered this shaver because I couldn't find what I wanted at the local store and Wahl has a good reputation. But I'm a bit disappointed with the facial hair removal part. The razor is attractive and was very affordable. But when I tried to remove the extra facial hair, I had to do multiple passes to get the "fluff" out! I'll give it one more chance before sending it back. I've checked the instructions and I'm using it correctly, so we'll see.
