My 14 month old daughter loves this darn thing, she's loved it for months now. It only has one volume, but it's not uncomfortable and a lot less annoying than most other musical toys. My only criticism is the design flaw in the placement of the buttons and elephant trunk. The only burning button is hidden by a hanging tree trunk. It would be a lot smarter if they put the backlight button on the side or bottom. While it remains one of my daughter's favorite toys be careful when it's on but doesn't make any noise it makes what I would call a creepy spooky baby laugh. We just laugh about it but if there is a toy I wouldn't wear it I don't want to be stalked it will be this one.
