Toner reduces sebum

The Mizon Good Bye Blemish Fresh Toner works well on my combination sensitive skin. I was worried that it would cause redness, sensitivity or irritation but it helped reduce oiliness/sebum without causing any irritation. I did not use it everyday, but would use it on days when I felt I was going to break out or if it was very hot and humid.
