The leotard is very itchy around the neck and arms due to the sequence. The waist is also itchy. More than likely your child will need to wear a tank top or undershirt under the leotard. My daughter wore it twice both times she was very itching and had to wear a tank under it. Gave it to a friends for her daughter because my daughter is very sensitive to textures but her daughter also had the same issues.
