Soft fabric and so adjustable!
I usually wear a size 2 dress with a 26 inch waist. It was the perfect belt to complete a solid navy dress. It's a very soft, flexible fabric (not rigid like a typical belt). It allows for easy size adjustment depending on the type of "wrap" design, with a hole in part of the back for a smaller portion of the bowstring to "pass" through. Through this hole, the belt lies very nicely around the waist and after tying with a knot or a bow, the ropes also hang down at a reasonable length for my height. We recommend!
