Although the bag initially looked fine and a little airing removed the smell when I took it off my shoulders when I first put it on, the entire lower back and shoulders of my coat was brown obviously due to stains of this synthetic leather or fading of the color. This is beyond unacceptable. My coat is ruined! I wore this bag for a day, probably 30 minutes total! I was really looking forward to this bag because of the looks and the size and couldn't believe it. When I took a damp cloth and just wiped the shoulder strap, it immediately turned brown. I have tried this elsewhere on the bag even on the web and apparently all the coloring is very poor quality and will mess up whatever you are carrying underneath rendering the bag useless. What a waste of money :( I hope the seller will reply and do something about this product so more people won't be disappointed.
