Update: Revain gave me a full refund and everything is fine now. All in all it's a good product for the price and I would buy it again. Basically I picked it up and found that 9 white sheets and all the bird wings were missing. There were extra blue leaves so I was able to use those in place of some of the white ones, but it doesn't look right without the wings. Received a refund and will be ordering a replacement. The instructions didn't say how many parts were needed of each part, so East really had no way of knowing before putting it in place.
