These are really great I love them. I got an xl, I wear a 34-36 DDD. 100% exactly what is pictured I dont need the extra pad on the inside of these bras, but you can always remove them, they slide right out like the ones that are in bathing suits. The cross cross back really helps holding in the girls. Bc of my size I do wear 2 sports bras, (always when exersising) but I've actually tried these without wearing two! ( I still prefer wearing 2 lol but these are way more supportive than others I have, they dont bounce as much)The straps dont slide or fall down.It's like soft thicker spandex material.Very comfortable. Also seamless! I wore them to work before lol I'd give these about a 7/10 in support. But again I like strap my boobs in so they do not move or bounce at all when I'm exercising.These are way more supportive than any other sports bras i have including the Champion and Victoria's secrets ones. I would reccomend these and honestly I'm going to buy another pack. I did not receive these as a gift or promotional item, I paid full price. I just think these bras are great if you want to forget you have boobs or are wearing a bra and just exercise.Oh n these are amazing for yoga
