The dress has no ruffles at the bottom like in the photo. Otherwise as in the photo.
The dress has no ruffles at the bottom like in the photo. Otherwise, it's just as bright and beautiful as I expected. It only took me a few minutes to sew my own lace ruffle onto the bottom. Update: I increased my star rating to 4. My granddaughter loved the dress. And it looked way better with the ruffles I added.

- A bit anal but cute to put on a swimsuit and it's very light weight so great for a hot summer day.
