If you have big thighs you already how difficult it is to find "over the knee" socks/stockings that will stay up without rolling down, well, these are no different.
They're just your cheap, average, "over the knee" socks. Nothing wrong with them, thin of course, but they're cheap and they look nice sitting down, if you know what I mean.
