I love that the staff get to know their co-workers names, so they feel comfortable speaking up when needed without feeling awkward or awkward in return. The customer service is great as well from both managers AND support team members. The only thing about it is that there's no way to have different email addresses for each department within your organization. It would be awesome if you could do this! Definitely taking advantage of all of its features but especially like having access to my emails since we are working remotely.
