I gave 4 stars because it's not perfect. I consider myself a power user, so under load it charges and charges two 15W USB chargers, a 15-inch low-power low-power display, and my HP Specter 15. It gets pretty hot under load and when the laptop overloads it. In power bypass mode, which means the battery isn't being drained, it sometimes makes a buzzing noise, but if it's just a trickle charge laptop it's completely silent. This one brick replaced 5 chargers and can power and charge all my devices at the same time. I went with the pair that came with an additional 65W pack, but the 100W pack charges everything at once and has been in non-stop use for months. Only occasionally do I use the 65 watt, which does its job well. The additional benefit of the automatic switching between 110, 115 and 240 volts is also invaluable.
