It has been very helpful to us in connecting our system with many different types of devices and sensors that we needed help configuring and using properly. We are able to collect data from various industrial processes at once instead of doing it one by one or having multiple people checking each device separately. With this platform I am able to monitor my own plant without being physically there all day long! They have not made any additional features since they started their business but everything works just fine so far. Not much dislike about anything really. You can definitely use them if you need some type of IoT monitoring equipment installed into your factory, warehouse, etc.
