Complete garbage, they sent a broken one and it leaked everywhere. I went as far as trying to put my own teflon tape on top to seal it but it didn't work. They sent me a second one and the shower head just hung down; it won't stay in one position, it will just sink into the same place. I've tried removing and replacing the bearing from another bad one but to no avail. Very cheaply made and terrible quality control. I never take the time to write a review, especially a bad one, but this product is just terrible. The shower head itself is absolutely gorgeous, such a shame they can't have better quality.
