The key ideas team has helped improve our overall user experience by delivering insights into how people interact with all aspects including navigation, flow, feedback on products/features etc. They also offer great advice to help us make decisions about where we should focus our efforts given current market conditions or upcoming changes. Their approach can be somewhat heavy-handed at times; however I think they do genuinely want only what's best for you as opposed to just making money from your business. We've used them now several years but still continue their services because it benefits us greatly!
