The holes for the screw heads do not line up exactly with the shanks where the screws go, causing the screws to be slightly raised from the surface. What it means: extra clearance between the boards; ie the thing is not durable. It wobbles, vibrates, and feels loose no matter how hard you tighten the screws. Also: the included screwdriver-slash-hex key combo tool works semi-decently as a hex key, but is TERRIBLE for driving 24 screws (yes, that's right - 6 per side x 4 boards = 24 screws). I've just spent the last hour putting these 2 racks together and cursing myself for not having the right tools; On the other hand, I assumed that the tool that came with it would be reasonably decent, workable and wouldn't burn my fingers. In summary: Beautiful bamboo wood, incredibly difficult to assemble due to terrible tools and misaligned screw holes. I would return this item if there were no more disassembly and return issues.
