It's just plastic so it's easy to scratch. I have scuffs all over the rose gold piece. It protects the screen itself from scratches, but the Apple Watch's metal is much more scratch-resistant than this plastic cover. It's easy to apply, but the stickiness doesn't last long. So now when I hold my hands, water gets into the case and I have to take it off to dry the watch and case. I also don't like the black bezel around the screen (see image) as it makes the watch's screen even smaller; nothing appears to be significantly cropped, but it's not aesthetically pleasing. I would not buy again.
