They will take the time to help you understand your needs and make recommendations to address them. I have never had a problem with the support at Cabot. They are always there to help you. There is not anything that I can specifically say that I do not like. They have been great to work with so far. They have been able to solve a lot of our needs. We have been able to find a lot of functionality that we did not have. We have been able to solve a lot of our needs with them. I like the fact that they are able to work with us in the early stages of our development and help set our direction. They have a lot of experience in this space and can provide recommendations and feedback. The pricing model can be a little on the high side, but the team is very experienced and I trust them to know what they are doing. We are working together to create a mobile, web and IoT app for our business.
