I'm 5ft 6in, weigh 135lbs, usually medium or tall. Went with the big one and they are perfect. A little loose at the waist which is good if they shrink in the wash. But the tie is adjustable and I prefer that they are not tight. They are very comfortable, especially with a high waist. Not too long and not too short, just right! Ideal shorts for everyday wear, at home or during training.
