**Review update June 3, 2020, total rubbish, camera and sound were better, built-in Alexa is useless and doesn't stay connected at all. to the network, and if you have a mesh network, you don't stay connected either. I changed my rating to one star, wish I had stuck with the furbo, my dogs have learned to come when the furbo beeps, this one does nothing, it's a brick at the moment not working and going through the return to the manufacturer process , so let's see how everything goes. I wish it had a little "whoosh" effect like Furbo because it teaches your dog that a treat is coming since sometimes you can talk through the app to call your dog when you're in your office and just want to send a treat. I wish they would update their app to include this feature, I had both a Furbo and a Petcube and the base on it can fall off if you have it on your desk and it will hit you but you can fix it at the mount wall. It looks completely different than a Furbo, the camera is better on a Petcube and the last and best feature we like the most is that it's a lot more fun than a Furbo and we have two English bulldogs and we there are often threats to face. Furbos and treats get stuck more in Furbos where the Petcube has adjustable parts so you can use big or small treats which is great. Throw in a little whistle or some sort of call signal and I'd say it's a clear winner. Adding a piece to widen the base if you want to keep it from tipping over would be nice.
