I like that it's very simple, straight forward tool which provides me all of my needed data in one place! It has helped us so much because we are able improve our customer service by understanding what is working well for them versus not doing as expected or poorly performing areas within apps/websites etc..
The best thing about this software though would be its ability at pulling out details from multiple platforms (mobile & web) - great when you need some kind if cross platform insight into your user base!! We use uxcam across many different departments internally too such marketing / support teams through phone calls via chat sessions also live video meetings where people can see each other whilst using webcam technology.
