This stand corresponds exactly to the description. I bought it because I've been hunched over on my laptop all day. I didn't have room for monitors (and a docking station), so I decided to at least raise the laptop's screen to a more ergonomic level, and it's perfect for that. I use a bluetooth keyboard with it, but on many occasions I've also typed on a laptop keyboard while it's on the stand. Of course, it's a bit "wobbly" when typing, but as long as you don't type a lot it's fine. I had no problem adjusting up or down as needed. The adjustment is a bit stiff/firm, but I appreciate it as nobody wants the stand to "collapse" with a heavier laptop. I also had no issues with it tilting backwards, even though my screen was tilted backwards a bit. Overall it works for me and is a much better price than other comparable items which is why I recommend this stand. Hope that helps.
