Review on Gamer Grip - 1 oz. Instant Dry-Touch Gel: The Ultimate Anti-Slip Gripping Aid for Pro Gamers and Athletes by Maryland Hess

This is the first time I've bought something like this for myself. I play a lot, especially now that Ms. Rona is destroying everything in the world, so my hands get pretty hot/sweaty from holding my PS4 controller for hours. As I usually play FPS related games I know my fingers and hands usually move a lot while gaming so I've been thinking about this extra support and sweat reduction lately. How can I keep my hands dry but grippy? I wanted to find something that was inexpensive but at least had enough reviews for me to try and use. It seemed like a pretty good deal so I said why not? The first reaction is that the application is normal. It was like lotion, sanitizer, and a dry, sticky solution all rolled into one. I'm sure competing products think the same way. I played for about 2 hours and already felt like my hands were sweating as usual. It says it will take up to 4 hours but it was 2 hours less. I didn't want to keep reapplying just for better grip as the bottle isn't that big. I'd say next time I'll apply a little more than what I did as described (pea size) and then see from there. For now, my rating remains solid at 3 stars. It works, but I'm sure it could be better. How much better can something reduce hand sweating after gaming? I might be asking too much, but oh well. It's not that expensive so I'd say give it a try. If you don't like it that's ok, the bottle isn't that big lol.
