This bassinet is amazing! I had to put my hand in the cradle which we previously used to comfort my newborn until she fell asleep, she slept with just my hand next to her and I literally bruised my arms every night from it. My daughter falls asleep in it immediately because she can look at me and see my face while she falls asleep. Easily reachable while still in bed. She has been sleeping all night since we got her and she is so comfortable. We have no trouble securing it next to our bed, it doesn't wobble and sits perfectly flat so we had no problem securing it to our bed.
