Review on 📸 Gobe 67mm ND1000 (10 Stop) Neutral Density Lens Filter (2Peak) by Vivian Eker

I was looking for a good, inexpensive ND 1000 filter with 10 apertures and was happy when I found it. I thought it would be really cool to buy what I need for my bag and plant some trees. Reading the reviews, I found that many people complain about the picture quality; I had no problem there. I found minimal vignetting, no issues with live or real time recording (with the Olympus OM-D) and the colors are great. The attached photo was taken in Florida during the day and in bright sunlight; in a live composite - 2 sec x 24; about four minutes. Using the Gobe ND1000 I was able to give the pond a flat reflection and you can see some light trails along the tree line or a light painting effect that would look amazing at night. There are no issues with color shifts or image quality - the higher contrast is intentional. However, the filter is a little rough to screw or attach - it feels and sounds rough - it's not as smooth as I'd like; All in all, it's good value for money for a reason, and improves photos by allowing for longer exposure times.
