Really appreciate they made a replacement, like the first 3, with a case, my daughter dropped it right off the couch and the screen shattered π The volume on the tablet sucks ! To be honest I'm not suggesting spending the same or $20 more and finding a used Samsung tablet or iPad or something in decent condition. I'm sad I spent $80 on my daughter's first tablet and she can't even hear what she's watching on YouTube. The speaker appears to be covered by a case, but is generally not that loud even when removed.
