Hey Warden! My 93 year old mother is bedridden and at risk of developing pressure sores on her palms and ankles. Her doctor told her to try to find something to put her feet on over the sheets. These pillows are great for foot and ankle support. They have cutouts that can be placed under the heels or underwires. They have a contoured side and a flat side. They are small and she can move them around to get comfortable. An excellent find for other caregivers - I wholeheartedly recommend them.
