The platform has helped us to streamline our HR processes across both internal recruitment as well an external one-to many relationship with clients who have hired through them previously or are currently being managed by their team via direct contact/email etc., I like how easy it's been from onboarding new candidates right up until they're no longer active in my account (and then i'm able to find all relevant details about what happened next using search).

Nothing at this time but if we had any issues there would be quick responses which was great! Streamlining administrative tasks such as creating profiles & managing candidate files - saving me so much precious admin hours each week without sacrificing quality standards.
