Delivered in an open box and one lamp does not work
I have ordered two of these lamps and they have just been delivered. One of them is an open box sealed with tape. That is totally unsatisfactory. An unopened lamp will not work. It turned on perfectly and connected to the application. However, once it is fully charged and the power button is pressed, the light will not turn on. Tried activating it in the app, doesn't work either. There is no customer support for this item and it's a total shame because I really like the light.
