Arrived broken/torn

The balloon was large and bright red but when we tried to inflate it the valve broke immediately with very light pressure. We tried using different types of tape to seal it just enough to explode at our daughter's party, but it ripped even further when we tried to inflate it. My husband was so upset he threw it away. I have tried to get a refund but was unable to send it back and was denied a refund when we were unable to get the warped parts back. Very disappointing.
