I have a 2016 iPad Pro 12.9" and although it easily holds it without tipping over, the ball joint isn't strong enough to hold it, it just falls around the point where the screen is furthest from the table.It's also quite difficult to place a tablet on top of it, as you have to use both hands to grasp and spread both side latches while propping the tablet around clamping it there.I've fixed the ball joint issue with a rope that doesn't allow it to slide all the way forward, but I think this works best for much lighter, smaller tablets, but it will still work for what i need it
