I am about 5'4 and 128 lbs. I ordered the small. I wear usually a small or sometimes medium. I feel like I would have liked an extra small better but I will still wear the one I received. The neck is a little wider than expected. I have to keep pulling it up so my bra straps don't show, but with the colder weather a scarf will take care of that. It's longer than I thought it would be coming right above my knees. I would have preferred it to be a shorter, but will be good for work .It is comfy and I have gotten lots of compliments on it at the office. I love the pockets, perfect for my keys and badge that I have to use at work. I may try to order another in a different color and extra small.
