Update my review 4/1/2019 The seller contacted me regarding my original review. They went through a series of photo edits to ensure they were giving me what I wanted as a client. After getting my approval, they sent me a new one for free. I received it and it was perfect. That's what I call excellent customer service and support. First Review: It would be a thoughtful tidbit for the craftsman if everything was put together correctly. I got it from my son as a gift for my wife. The charms are good, but they were put on incorrectly, so the bracelet cannot be adjusted 🤦🏾‍♂️. She thought it was cute but I was disappointed with the way they applied the charm.
