Extended the life of my audio/video setup.
This little device delivers what it promises. I have a Yamaha soundbar with digital input and a DVD player that only has HDMI and coaxial digital audio output. With this case, I can now connect my DVD player to the soundbar and experience the full depth of the music on my DVD. It will be fine until I update one of them again, maybe in another three or four years? So you spent about $12 to get this expansion. Definitely worth it. Note: There were no cables included with the device, but for the price, I just used the spare cables I had at home.
