Review on Gambler Evolution Ultimate Braid Scissors Pack by Maren Bradstock

I liked the design concept. Cut out the braid and mono, create a face for the grip/function of the tongs and in particular the "Promise" split ring. This split ring feature doesn't work in any way because it's completely misconstructed. The tip of the split ring pliers must touch the "anvil" or flat surface to grip and open the split ring. Once grabbed, you can twist the pliers to remove them. Because the tip of this tool hangs over the edge and is not touching a flat surface, it may bend/break the split ring during removal. A slight modification to this tool makes it great value for money. Unfortunately, it looks like the designer isn't fishing :-)
