I have used this on my 6 week old and have previously used the brand to swaddle me. I like the material and strength of the velcro and the fact that he can't straighten his arms. As for her sleeping longer, I can't say I've noticed much of a difference. She's breastfeeding, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I will say that she falls asleep faster with this diaper and is able to settle down longer due to the extra weight on her chest and sides. Completely satisfied and to be recommended! Just understand that every child reacts differently. Just because it worked for a child doesn't mean it will work for you.
