After years of walking on the concrete floor at the factory at my last job, not caring too much about my feet and padding, wearing the right shoes with the right padding and ergonomics, I was starting to feel aches and pains underneath . My doctor recommended that one of the supports be taken at least a couple of times a night to see if that relieves the problem. It has helped a lot since then, but I also take care of my feet when walking and use thicker insoles to reduce further damage. Since turning 40, I've definitely felt like my body isn't as flexible as it used to be, so I'm trying to take better care of myself. The product is also excellent and has great adjustability and my shoe size is 10 and it seems to me that you have a larger foot and can still use this support 👍
