I bought these boots after wearing them in hiking boots for a few months as I liked the insoles and was hoping these shoes would be similar. These did not disappoint us. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and they provide the support I need. I only wear them to the gym and use them on the treadmill and elliptical trainer. I had no pain in my legs even after running a few miles a day which usually kills my legs. I love them so much I plan to buy another pair to wear everyday. These shoes run true to size.
