Terrible Quality, Won't Buy Again
Based on my observations, this industrial and scientific baking equipment was a disappointment .The cookies and pastries didn`t bake evenly resulting in burnt edges and undercooked centers. The only pro was the pop-up feature, making it easy to remove the baked goods from the tray. However, the overall quality of the product was poor and not worth the price. Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing this again..
- Convenient and saves time for busy bakers.
- May result in unevenly cooked or burnt pastries if not monitored closely.
