Good paint cleaner
Looks like a quality brush cleaner. The inner perforated cup leaves about an inch and a half clearance at the bottom of the cup to collect paint particles after cleaning. This allows the same solvent to be used for a long time before the glass needs to be cleaned. It also has a very good seal and strong clamps so I don't have to worry about it spilling.
