Review on 🛋️ SureFit Cotton Duck Sofa Slipcover: Relaxed Fit, Corner Ties, 100% Cotton, Machine Washable - Natural Color by Barbara Petersen

I ordered this because cats scratch our new sofa. I also like the optics. I have read all the reviews. I bought one for a relaxed fit sofa. It is expected to stretch to 96 inches. Our sofa is 86" with 3 pillows and it fits great. We had some access material that we hid under pillows and arms. A lot of reviews said it was too thin as a sheet but I don't think so. It's more like a thin one Canvas. I like the material and the color. My sofa is a natural color, like a slipcover, but I still don't think you can see through it. I first put it in the dryer with a damp cloth and dried it for a few minutes. Some creases removed but not all. We followed the step by step guide to install it on the sofa. It was easy to understand but it took a while. I like that it completely covers the back. It there are also ties on the back corners, not just the front, I think they could improve the part where the elastic runs down the top front of the sofa and the elastic runs down the back of the cushions and on the back top corners applied. It's a bit difficult to tuck the corners into the back of the arms when the elastic pulls them the other way. That and the creases are the only part I really dislike. I wish there was some sort of hook (not sure how they would do it, maybe buttons?) that would hold all of your tucked away pieces in place. But I'm sure I'll love it because we covered him up anyway because of the cats and they were still scratching. I can't judge durability and ease of care. I just bought it and haven't gotten to it yet. And the stretch was pretty good where there was an elastic, but I'm not even sure if the elastic helps hold it in place. I can't wait to see how frustrating it will be to pocket clothes after people have sat on them and if they hold up after washing. Now I'm glad I bought it. I wanted to add a photo, but to do that I need to give them access to my photos. No thank you.
