I'm an LVT with very picky kittens (spoiled) and a partner who doesn't want to see or smell their boxes. I bought one of these because Etc flavored litter is a common reason for kittens to stop using their boxes. I also have birds so no additional odor triggers are needed. Without expecting much, I loaded this gimmick, attached the mount, and set it up. A day later I could no longer smell the box and my three cats are on a urinary diet that forces them to drink and urinate more frequently to prevent flare-ups of FLUTD and possible urinary tract obstruction. I have recommended this to other cat owners, they have also expressed their surprise that it works! I will actually be ordering my THIRD unit (rule of thumb: you need one box per cat plus one extra) to fit my standard boxes. Complaints: I always want to turn this counterclockwise when I put it back from the store. I wish there was a way to leave it plugged in and not charge - I work on break and sometimes lose count of the days and it loses its power. Sometimes I find it works better than other times, but overall it works amazingly well 97% of the time by neutralizing or absorbing cat odor.
