The support team for this product has given me nothing but excellent service in every way! I think they are an absolute pleasure to deal with because of their dedication to customer satisfaction. They have been flexible enough to help us get our software set up correctly even though we had not used any similar products before them.The speed at which they respond via email or phone when you do send something through the ticketing system makes it easy to feel like your business matters as much too them as does yours matter to me. This product works great together with other components from Authorea so far everything seems well integrated. We will be using EDE all over again if needed because there really isn't anything bad about this program. It just simply functions perfectly without problems during daily use. Greatly improves data privacy within my organization by allowing people who need access the information only after proper authentication.
