The features are great and it has helped greatly in the running of a fleet. If you're looking for a system to help you track the hours and availability of trucks and crews you should definitely invest in it. A great benefit is that it has allowed us to have access to the data anywhere and at anytime. We can track miles, hours and availability. JobWatch is a very user friendly program that is easy to use and navigate. I have been able to use this program to schedule and track my drivers. I dislike that there is no way to track the drivers on the road. I have had to call the office to find out if they are on their way to a job or not. This has been a real pain. I have been able to use JobWatch to schedule my drivers and to track their time and mileage.
