Review on 🌬️ High-Quality Replacement HEPA Filter for Hamilton Beach 04383/04384 Air Purifiers (2 Pack) - Part # 990051000 by Shawn Schmidt

I was looking for a replacement for my original filter and came across many 3rd party options. Considering that the only place I can find a genuine Hamilton Beach filter is on their website (and it costs almost twice as much as most third-party manufacturers), I decided to give it a try. First it was packed. a plain bag in a mailer, but it was in perfect condition. It is ideal for air purifiers. The thing is, it definitely doesn't even come close to the same quality as the original filter. It will no doubt trap dust particles, but it seems to lack the layers of the original. My original filter has a mesh top layer of sorts, plus another layer underneath the woven fiber, and maybe another layer in between. This filter has only a thin layer of woven fibers. To be honest I'm not sure if the original filter's claim to be a HEPA filter is correct, but this third party filter is definitely not HEPA rated. If you're just looking for a basic dust filter then this will probably do the trick, but if you're looking for something more powerful I'd recommend looking elsewhere. I can easily purchase a replacement filter directly from Hamilton Beach.
