Not as easy to use as it seems.
YouTube commercials make it easier to use. Not true. I have used it on glass tables in my living room and the bottom kept falling off. Also, the soapy water used on the carpets ends up on the floor and forms wet dirt. I'll try to use it again, maybe I need more practice but I'm not sure I'll ever learn.
