You're sitting on a heat press.

They're good for the price and they sublimate pretty well, but they die. I think it's the heat but they shrink so much when I sit underneath. I've even tried precompressing it a bit so that it precompresses before you sublimate it, but it just shrinks even more. So I don't recommend putting them in the dryer.
