I like that it helps me search for listings in my area without having any previous relationships with agents/people who own those homes! It's super convenient when you're out of town (or just want some privacy).

You can't see inside photos unless someone posts them first - which sometimes doesn’t happen until after listing time has passed so they don;' be able view your home before submitting their offer etc.. but this might also have something do wth how busy certain areas get during market times as well? Great tool if used correctly though because there are plenty options available depending upon what property type / price range one needs help finding! We've realized our target demographic by searching through different types such as rentals &amp residences while getting specific about neighborhood amenities we thought would appeal most towards potential tenants :).
