In the box you will find the watch, instructions and a magnetic charging cable. weight and modern look. The interface is easy to use once you get used to it. the display is very bright. The battery life is 5+ days. The heart rate monitor is accurate (I confirmed this at my doctor's appointment this week). Not very accurate. No musical control, no adjustable deep breathing. (There is a function to relax or take a deep breath for a minute, but it's not adjustable). Doesn't sync with the phone in the background. For the price, this watch can't be beat. The operating system feels more polished than previous watches in this price range. It's thin enough that I can't see it on objects, but big enough that I can see it without my glasses. The heart rate sensor is pretty accurate. I took my pulse with it and the doctor took my pulse on the other arm and it was within 2 beats per minute. Sleep monitoring also seems to be on point. Everything seems to be working fine. Including phone notifications. I also like being able to answer or reject calls from the watch. The battery life is 5-6 days. I charged my watch on a Sunday morning and by Thursday it was still at 40% which I would consider average usage. My only real issue with this watch is that there are no music controls and the relaxation exercise (deep breathing) cannot be set for more than a minute. Another problem is that they don't automatically sync with the VeryFitPro app on my iPhone. You must open the app to sync it. Not a big deal, but I want my data to be available in less than 45 seconds of syncing, but I'll pick that point. Decoration of smartwatches of a well-known brand. It works well with its features and for the price I would buy it again and again. No regret.
