So disappointed. A very cute set that appeared to be of decent quality but after two tries we were done. The first bag I received didn't even get to my daughter who packed it for school before telling me the zipper "didn't work". I tried realigning the zipper and it worked for two seconds before failing again. I ordered another one to replace the first one, assuming everyone has randomness issues. The second once went to school. My very sad daughter told me it broke again when I picked her up. I really wanted the second set to last. If you know how to use a sewing machine and can replace the zipper with a quality one, you might like this set. Otherwise, keep looking until the zipper issue is resolved. We went with a different backpack but honestly the customer service from the seller is amazing. They really tried to work with me and their manufacturer to make sure this doesn't happen again. For this reason I am increasing my 1 star to 3. I really hope that the problem gets resolved as it is a wonderful set. If the zipper worked I would give it 5 stars.
